Raga Healing Circle with Hrishi

The Raga Healing Circle is a guided group experience using Indian classical ragas as tools for emotional processing, grounding, and self-connection.

Ragas are precise melodic frameworks that have been used for centuries to evoke specific inner states. In this circle, we work with them experientially—through listening, simple vocal sounds, breath awareness, and reflection—allowing the nervous system to settle and emotions to move naturally.

Each session creates a safe, non-performative space where sound supports release, clarity, and presence. Many participants describe feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to themselves after just one circle.​​
